$4.99/lb for meat chicken (4-7 lbs each)
$4.50/lb for stewing chicken (4.5-5.5 lbs.)
$3.50/lb for giblets and feet (free with chicken)
$6.00/dz for eggs (soy-free and organically fed)
$6.00/lb for turkey (18-20 lbs, only available if enough demand)
$8.00/lb for beef (quarter)
$8.00/lb for beef (eighth)
$8.00/lb for ground beef
$3.50-5.00/lb for stock/soup & misc. bones
$10.00/lb for pork (whole or half)
$10.00/lb for lamb (whole or half)

To reserve your pasture-raised chickens from us, please
download, print and fill out the form above, and return it with a check
including your deposit of $10.00 per chicken.
Broilers will run 4 to 7 pounds and be $4.99 per pound. They are available frozen at the Vineyard Farmer's Market on Wednesday and Saturday, or here at the farm by appointment. Requests will be filled in order of deposits received. Check the CSA page for where you may pick up your chickens. You may also call or e-mail for availability of frozen birds.
Eggs are $6.00 a dozen. We now have drop off points in Fresno, Clovis, Reedley and the farm. Once again, if you want to be a drop off point, recruit your neighbors and friends and we will deliver to your home. We need a 10 dozen order to deliver directly to you. Besides, you will get your first dozen free and 5% off on your orders in the future.
You can now request beef! Beef will be sold by whole, half, 1/4 or 1/8 at $8.00/lb, all normal cut, out the door (cut up and wrapped). Normal cut means the steaks and roasts are bone in. We also have ground beef for $8.00/lb.
If you are interested, download the order form. We ask for a $400 deposit on whole beef, $200 for halves, $100 on quarters, and $50 on eighths. Your deposit makes you part owner of a steer or heifer, and a valuable supporter of our ranch.
Cuts of beef, beef
bones and organ meat, our wonderful ground beef and sausage are available at the Vineyard Market on Wednesday and Saturday. Knuckle bones, marrow bone & neck bones and other great meaty cuts of soup bones are used to make stock, soup, or stews. See Beef Price List for our CSA prices. You can read about these Berkshire Pigs on their page, and also about our Dorper sheep on their page. The lamb is available April and May 2013, and any not reserved will be available at the Vineyard Farmers Market.

Some of our pork was incorrectly labeled as containing nitrites. None of it was cured that way, it was a labeling mistake.

We can raise turkeys this year, but only if demand is high enough. If you are interested, please fill out our Order Form and send it in with your deposit.
